From here we should be able to produce you with a tailor made fantastic quotation within 5 working days.
I don't have any plans or building regulations
Never a problem. We can provide plans and structural engineers drawings for you at great prices if required. As part of all of our jobs, if needed we will take care of:

You can relax and let us do all of the work or be as involved as you want. You have hired a professional team and we want you to concentrate on getting exited about your home improvements.
How much does it cost?
Piling can be from as little as £350 per pile , underpinning from £400 per linear metre.
Loft or attic roofline conversions cost from £20,000. Dormer conversions from around £25,000. Costs can rise depending on the scale of the job. An average price of £1,200 per square metre of floor space will give you an idea of cost.
Extensions can cost from around £1,500 per square metre of floor space. A single storey, 5 metre by 4 metre extension could cost around £30,000. A 2-storey extension will cost around 60% more, about £48,000.
Kitchens and Bathrooms cost from around £5000.
These are all just to give you an idea of costs, depending on your tastes, needs and budget these costs can go up or down.

There cannot be a more friendly and professional team. We will of course treat your home or site with the utmost respect. We keep disruption to a minimum, we use dust sheets and ground protection where possible and of course we clean up, every day.
We are fully qualified and experienced and if something happens then we are insured with a 10 million pounds liability cover.
We have qualified staff in carpentry, brick block and stonework, plastering and rendering, groundworks, roofing, CITB Fire Door installation and inspection, Gerda approved fire door installers, Velux approved installers, domestic and commercial heating systems and plumbing including oil fed services, Part P electrical installation, testing, fault finding and installation.
We can offer full planning and building regulations submissions, including structural engineering and Ace drainage engineering. We are even an Environment Agency approved collector of waste materials.
If we are lucky enough to work on your project, we ask for a small fee of £500-£1000 to book you into our diary. The rest is staged or on completion, depending on the job.
